Strategies:

We combine experience and knowledge with strategies, data, intellect, theories, timing (and a bit of luck).
Lico Investments uses a slew of unified methods, and times them properly to attain results beyond the average- deservedly.
There are so many opportunities in the markets that happen every day around the entire world. There are various reasons why companies move up or down, and we do the best we can to capitalize on them throughout the entire process. Profitable venture can be achieved especially on volatile moves in either direction.

Buyouts and Mergers

We have tracked a history of corporate buyouts and mergers involving the largest companies in the world. More often than not, when companies combine or get bought out, the smaller company will vastly grow in value (Market Cap.) the day of the news (and typically the day after).

Here is a document of the recent data that we have tracked related to the pre-mentioned data:

Revenue / Income & Employees

Listed below are names of some of America's Largest Corporations along with their recent Revenues and Net Incomes (in comparison to their total Employees). *Obviously, the numbers are not exact and 100% true, as numbers are constantly changing. Also, various sources differ from each other in their statistics and numbers. There is a small margin of error- but the overall idea still comes into view. A company's Finances per employee [averaged (not actually reflectant upon each individual worker)] are highly underrated- as the cost to pay employees is indubitably a vital expense for running a (successful) company; and should never be overlooked.

Earnings Reports Tracking

Every company is required by the SEC to report major company news (including quarterly and annual Earnings Reports) the public.
Analysts and the companies themselves make projections as to what the earnings will be.
Corporations are typically very volatile (compared to other days) on, just before and after major news (especially Earnings). This volatility, for the upside or dwnside can be profited from if played correctly.
